Nestled between Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmiral mountain chain in the heart of a Provençal village lies the 100% biodynamic vineyard of Julien Mus. Here, Mus produces a Châteauneuf-du-Pape with a deep cherry red color and beautiful hints of coral. The nose is rich, combining notes of cherry, undergrowth and roasted coffee beans with floral peony-like undertones. The mouthfeel is supple and full, with flavors of cocoa, licorice and spiced flavors in the mid-palate. This is an elegant wine with very nice length.
