Preparation is just a single egg. This is a freeze-dried "chawanmushi" (a Japanese steamed egg) base containing Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder.
Reconstitute the freeze-dried "chawanmushi" base in a small cup, add a beaten egg, and steam in a pot as-is. This base allows you to easily make delicious "chawanmushi" with the umami flavor of soup stock without the time-consuming step of making soup stock. The yuba (bean curd skin), shimeji mushrooms, spinach, Japanese mitsuba leaves, and yuzu are all carefully selected ingredients produced in Japan.
