This all-purpose sauce goes well with all types of noodles. We have finished the "Noodle Tsuyu Soup" by using Kayanoya Dashi(bonito flakes, grilled flying fish, round herring, and Japanese kelp) and adding soy sauce made from Japanese soybeans, and mirin. Good for making "Washoku" Japanese dishes such as Steamed-egg, Oyako-don, Simmered fish, etc.
Ingredients: Soy Sauce, Fermented Seasoning, Soup Broth (Dried Bonito, Roasted Flying Fish, Kelp), Sugar, Syrup, Sweet Rice Wine, Salt, Dried Bonito Extract, Yeast Extract, Dried Bonito, Rice Vinegar, Roasted Flying Fish, Flavor Raw Seasoning (Bonito) (Contains traces of Wheat, Bonito, Flying Fish, Sardine, Round Herring, Soybeans in some ingredients)
Storage and shelf life: 300days
Storage condition: Avoid humidity or direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate, but store in a cool place.
