Gordal means the 'Fat One' in Spanish. Named after their size, these fleshy, juicy olives are from the southern part of Andalucía, Spain. With a firm bite and mild refreshing flavour (profusely juicy and not bitter). Brined with red pepper, garlic and spices resulting in a unique flavor experience.
Use: Ideal as a pre-dinner snack, or to be enjoyed as part of an antipasti selection with cold cuts and cheeses. The Gordal Queen olives are also a great addition to salads.
