Founded in 1865, this historic sake brewery is located in Kaisei-machi, Kanagawa Prefecture. However, this sake brewery stopped homebrewing in 1980 due to financial difficulties, but 38 years later, it was revived in 2018. Pihyara is a youthful and energetic sake with a light aroma and a strong taste reminiscent of a festival night.
