The concentrated umami of Tamasakae rice takes you on an olfactory and gustatory trip to the onsen hot springs in the mountains of Tottori! The complex flavours of woody Hinoki cypress, aged plums and honeysuckle honey, the sweetness of agarwood incense, the rich umami all balanced out with tangerine-like acidity.
