Tender aromas of apple pie, glutinous rice and canned longan. The start is creamy and buttery with mellow sweetness, but the finish is crisp and fresh with moderate astringency. The aftertaste is comfortably long with hints of yellow raisin and quince. The very well-balanced flavours of Yamadanishiki and the soft impression of Fusozuru’s style match perfectly. Fusozuru sake is made from the water of the cleanest, clearest stream in Japan, Takatsu River in Shimane Prefecture. Recommended to be served a little chilled or around 50°C. Brewed with pride by Kuwabara Brewery in Shimane Prefecture.
