Izumibashi Brewery’s sake brewing starts from cultivating the rice from scratch! This particular label only uses the rice produced in Ebina Kouchi, neighbouring the brewery. The brewery values expressing the natural flavours of rice in this label, especially because they are involved in growing the rice themselves. Enjoy around 50°C-55°C with your favourite sake snacks!
