Modest aromas of cream cheese, rambutan, freshly steamed mochi and lemon water. There’s also a slight hint of almond jelly within. If this sake was a person, it’s definitely a kind-hearted person! The softness and its milky texture makes it a wonderful meal-accompanying sake, especially with starters or dashi-rich food. It’s almost like having a bowl of rice to pair with the meal. There’s a little bit of gingery aftertaste to balance out the overall impression. Enjoy it a little cold or around 45°C. Crafted by Asahi Brewery in Shimane Prefecture.
