This shochu is handmade with malt from Hitoyoshikuma's Hinohikari rice before it is set to mature slowly in 5 different casks; Sherry, Cognac, Scotch Whiskey, White Oak, and Limousin Oak. A unique flavour you can find nowhere else as the sweetness of Rice Shochu and the nuances of Whiskey and Brandy blend together in a harmony of flavours. This has been a popular product with liquor fans for well over 30 years.
