An impactful, punchy aroma from black Koji! Mellow, rich, spicy flavours of sweet potato and a hint of toastiness make it very irresistible! The sweet potato used is called Shiro Yutaka, a white potato with high starch content. Recommended with hot water, with cold water, or on the rock. Staff’s favourite is to enjoy with hot water, or with cold water but left to settle overnight – have a try! Crafted by die-hard distillery in Kagoshima Prefecture called Oishi Distillery.

Storage condition: Store in a dry and dark place at room temperature around 25°C. Do not refrigerate.
