Aged since 2004! That makes it 17 years of maturation! A barley shochu with chocolate-y sweetness and mellow, toasty flavours of barley. This is truly a treasure of Shouro Distillery in Miyazaki Prefecture. The most recommended way to enjoy it will be with hot water to open up the aroma, but it is very enjoyable with cold water or on the rock. If you’re new to aged shochu, it is worth trying this mini bottle!
