The tenderness of white Koji and the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes… just a very comfortable shochu to have with a buddy for evening drinking sessions. A very popular local brand of Tanegashima island, Kagoshima prefecture, made by two types of sweet potatoes, Kogane Sengan and Shiro Yutatka. Storage condition: Store in a dry and dark place at room temperature around 25°C. Do not refrigerate.
